Role Responsibilities

• Lead the Vietnam portfolio and annual marketing strategy, translating SEA priorities into locally winning plans.
• Own BI, marketing planning and P&L governance, including investment prioritization, forecasting, budget control and effectiveness evaluation.
• Balance brand consistency with local consumer, channel and regulatory relevance.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Trade Marketing, distributors and agencies to connect brand strategy with measurable business outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop one Brand Specialist while raising overall marketing capability and execution standards.
• Represent Vietnam's market insights and priorities with Regional and Global Brand Teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within spirits, FMCG, luxury or another regulated consumer category.
• Proven experience in portfolio strategy, commercial partnership and people management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing marketing investment and P&L considerations.
• Able to navigate a matrix organization, influence senior stakeholders and constructively challenge decisions.
• Strategic yet hands-on, with strong execution discipline and local market understanding.
• Fluent Vietnamese and strong business English.
