Store Lead (Bilingual Spanish)

As a Store Lead at Spectrum, you will guide customers through products and services, mentor store specialists and contribute to sales achievements. How You'll Make an Impact

• Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout
• Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals
• Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with comprehensive knowledge of Spectrum offerings
• Support store leadership and team members by assisting with inventory control, cash management and handling escalations
• Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources
• Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions
• Provide constructive feedback to store leadership regarding sales opportunities and operations

Working Conditions

• Operate in a retail environment with moderate noise
• Required to wear a uniform

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience

Skills

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Basic math proficiency
• Ability to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 lbs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, customers and suppliers in person, by phone and in writing
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals
• Carry a positive and professional demeanor
• Pay attention to detail and solve problems effectively
• Use computers and software applications
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
• Prioritize, organize effectively and work independently
