The Role
Your Role
As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager at Kyndryl, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, business-critical infrastructure initiatives for enterprise customers. You will own the full project lifecycle-from initiation, requirements definition, and financial planning through technical implementation, migration, transition to operations, and formal closure. This role bridges strategic delivery with technical precision, ensuring infrastructure modernizations align directly with functional system requirements and customer operational standards.
Our target candidate combines robust project management capabilities with strong IT systems analysis expertise. Rather than merely managing schedules, you will dive into technical system specifications, analyze architecture dependencies, evaluate constraints across legacy and modern platforms, and guide cross-functional teams in deploying resilient, secure, and scalable enterprise technology solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, managing scope, integrated schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and quality deliverables.
- Conduct detailed IT systems analysis to evaluate functional requirements, technical dependencies, and system integration touchpoints across diverse infrastructure environments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams across cloud, data centers, networks, storage, backup, systems engineering, and cybersecurity.
- Oversee critical infrastructure migrations, hardware/software refreshes, and data center transformations with zero unplanned impact on client operations.
- Formulate structured risk, issue, and change management strategies to proactively resolve technical hurdles and keep delivery on track.
- Plan and manage the operational handover process, ensuring technical readiness, comprehensive system documentation, and effective knowledge transfer.
- Serve as the primary delivery and technical liaison for client executives, solution architects, operations leads, and third-party vendors.
- Prepare and present transparent, data-driven project progress, risk assessments, and financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Who You Are

- Hands-on experience or certifications in business/systems analysis (such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent practical systems analysis background).
- Practical understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows.
