Technology Lead

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with a Senior AI Engineer | Generative AI & AWS profile to join our team.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML engineering.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, LangChain, LangGraph, vector search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker.
• Knowledge of Databricks, data pipelines, feature engineering, model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Understanding of MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, automated retraining, and production monitoring.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with international stakeholders and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration platforms such as n8n or similar tools.
• Experience with GitHub projects and reusable AI components.
• Knowledge of backend engineering for AI applications.
• Experience developing proofs of concept and minimum viable products.
• Familiarity with performance, latency, reliability, and cost optimization for production AI systems.
• Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and current developments in the AI and LLM ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI and machine learning models.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex business tasks.
• Manage the complete machine learning lifecycle, from data pipeline design to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop Generative AI and RAG-based solutions using modern frameworks and cloud services.
• Implement MLOps practices to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and success metrics.
• Lead proofs of concept and MVPs to validate the feasibility of new AI solutions.
• Optimize model performance, response time, reliability, and infrastructure costs.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to reusable AI components and engineering standards.
• Support the adoption of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization.
