Technology Analyst

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with a Innovation Consultant profile to join our team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in project management, Research and Development (R&D), innovation, or technology maturity assessment.
• Knowledge of technology maturity frameworks such as TRL, MRL, and Stage-Gate.
• Experience preparing executive reports, presentations, and management materials.
• Experience analyzing technical and business information to support project assessments and decision-making.
• Experience supporting workshops, project forums, and interactions with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of innovation governance and R&D portfolio management.
• Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, and project monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices, such as Kaizen.
• Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support technology maturity assessments using TRL, MRL, Stage-Gate, and related methodologies.
• Support technical and strategic evaluations of innovation projects.
• Organize project gate sessions and document key decisions.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and project updates.
• Monitor project deliverables, KPIs, risks, and governance requirements.
• Support workshops, training sessions, and project evaluation forums.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the innovation lifecycle.
