Rattaché(e) au Responsable Supply Chain régional, nous recherchons un Directeur Logistique Régional (H/F) qui sera responsable de la stratégie et de l'exécution des activités logistiques, douanières, d'entreposage et de conformité commerciale de la région.

Vous pilotez une équipe d'environ 8 à 10 personnes.

Votre mission est de garantir des flux entrants et sortants rapides, conformes, performants et économiquement optimisés, en lien avec les engagements projets et services (équipements, pièces de rechange, outillage, interventions sur site).

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Piloter la logistique entrante, incluant les flux fournisseurs, sous-traitance, stockage intermédiaire et dédouanement import.
  • Gérer la logistique sortante des équipements, de l'offre commerciale jusqu'à la livraison client, en optimisant coûts, délais et risques.
  • Assurer la logistique des interventions sur site client, y compris les expéditions urgentes, les retours, les flux inverses et les livraisons sur sites complexes.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre le cadre régional de conformité douanière et commerciale, incluant import/export, sanctions, contrôles export, AEO et carnets ATA.
  • Optimiser la gestion des entrepôts dédiés aux pièces de rechange et à l'outillage.
  • Piloter les coûts logistiques, définir les KPI, identifier les leviers d'amélioration et contribuer à la performance financière de la région.
  • Encadrer, développer et mobiliser l'équipe logistique régionale.
  • Être l'interlocuteur clé des parties prenantes internes et externes : projets, service, finance, juridique, autorités douanières et prestataires.

Profil recherché

  • Au moins Bac+5 en logistique, supply chain, commerce international, ingénierie ou équivalent.
  • 12 ans minimum d'expérience en logistique, transport et douanes, dont une expérience confirmée en management.
  • Solide expertise en conformité douanière et commerce international.
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel, énergie, oil & gas ou projets d'ingénierie, idéalement sur des équipements lourds.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils logistiques et des enjeux financiers associés.
  • Anglais courant ; le français est un atout.


Regional Logistics Director

Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will join the Supply Chain leadership team and lead a team of approximately 8 to 10 people. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the region's logistics, customs, warehousing, and trade compliance activities.

Your mission is to ensure fast, compliant, efficient, and cost-optimized inbound and outbound flows, aligned with project and service commitments (equipment, spare parts, tooling, and field interventions).

Key responsibilities

  • Lead inbound logistics, including supplier flows, subcontracting, intermediate storage, and import customs clearance.
  • Manage outbound logistics for equipment, from commercial offer through to customer delivery, while optimizing costs, lead times, and risk.
  • Oversee logistics for customer site interventions, including urgent shipments, returns, reverse flows, and deliveries to complex sites.
  • Develop and implement the regional customs and trade compliance framework, including import/export, sanctions, export controls, AEO, and ATA Carnets.
  • Optimize the management of warehouses dedicated to spare parts and tooling.
  • Manage logistics costs, define KPIs, identify improvement levers, and contribute to the region's financial performance.
  • Lead, develop, and engage the regional logistics team.
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders: projects, service, finance, legal, customs authorities, and service providers.

Required profile

  • Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in logistics, transport, and customs, including solid management experience.
  • Strong expertise in customs compliance and international trade.
  • Experience in an industrial, energy, oil & gas, or engineering project environment, ideally involving heavy equipment.
  • Good command of logistics tools and associated financial matters.
  • Fluent in English; French is an asset.
