General Manager Distribution: Single Phase UPS

What you'll do:

To accelerate growth and enhance market coverage of Single phase UPS through Distributors.

1. She/he will be responsible for activating the branch network of DPQ Tier-1 distributors.
2. Systematically activate these 130+ distributor branches and improve Eaton market presence
3. Enhance Eaton's brand visibility, customer reach, and channel engagement in both existing and new territories.
4. Ownership and management of Tier 1 Distributors' sell-in/ sell-out sales goals. Ensure an even balance between sell-in/ sell out.
5. Ownership of T1 Distributors and tier 2 partners' relationship management
6. Consistent monitoring of distributor health in terms of stock movement and business followed by quick actions if required
7.Deploy the framework of Power Advantage Partner Program to grow tier 2 channel revenues
8. Enhance the Eaton single-phase UPS product knowledge and application acumen, knowledge of channel buying behavior and alignment to Eaton
organizational knowledge/ cross divisional strategic plans for sales growth of Distributors Sales team .
9. Ownership of reporting & analytics of distributor sales in / channel sales out / width coverage and related metric on a pre-agreed frequency -
monthly/quarterly basis .
10.Support Product manager & DPQ Sales head on Product Policy and pricing policy "

Qualifications:

Graduate + MBA
15 yrs +

Skills:

experience in Sales, channel marketing or similar role within the industry. In depth knowledge of Channel Buying Behavior, UPS Sales, RACKS, PDU, MDC(Micro Datacenter) Sales , IT Channel. Strong knowledge of distribution network,
