CPE Engineer - fixed term

This is a fixed-term contract.

Your Role

This role focuses on product ownership throughout serial production, ensuring product quality and continuous improvement through effective management of engineering changes, components, and technical documentation. You will also support new product industrialization, product verification, and validation activities, working closely with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Roles and responsibilities

• Ownership of products in serial production, including analysis, supervision and coordination of engineering changes, component selection, and documentation updates
• Performing product design analyses
• Participating in the introduction and industrialization of new products
• Developing product system verification procedures
• Providing technical support during the evaluation and approval of supplier-requested changes
• Planning and coordinating change validation activities in accordance with customer requirements and product specifications.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Basic knowledge of electronics and microprocessor-based systems (embedded systems)
• Ability to use measurement equipment and understanding of metrology principles
• Basic programming and modeling skills (Python) would be an advantage
• Conversational English and Polish
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
